Blond beer with lots of bitterness and herbs. Brewed in collaboration with the CoHop cooperative in Etterbeek. Mosaïc Brussels is a blond beer with spicy notes of coriander and cardamom and has a nice bitterness. The unique aromatic hop, the Mosaïc, brings herbaceous, earthy accents while the yeast gives a floral and fruity side to the beer. The rye gives a touch of acidity.

Small white head over clear, finely carbonated copperish orange beer. Cardemom, camphor, coriander, other spices. In the taste, there's foremost oxydation - and rather ginger, bit cardemom. BB is only 2 months gone. Lavender - it's as if the herbs are oxydized, rather than the malts or the beer itself. Medium bodied, quite slick, light carbonation. Another of these Belgian tries to make "our" IPA, ending up in " vis noch vlees " Txs to Stef!
