Taste comprises grapefruit, raw pineapple, mandarin, grass, pine needle.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with juicy come grassy hop bitterness.
Tidy enough DIPA and carries the 9.4% well.

Can. A hazy orange beer, good cream colour head. Airy palate, smooth and mildly dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Smooth pale malts, a fairly pronounced creamy sweetness. Hops bring light cooling pine into the expected insanity that is HBC1019. Coconut, mild pineapple, limey Sorachi vibes. A light but reasonably bright citrus. It's all fine and very dandy on the hop front. Alcohol wise there is some mild phenols and a trace of banana esters. Crisp finish. Slightly skewed but, overall a good dipa.

Frischer, hellmalziger und -hopfiger Antrunk. Spritzig, hefig-bitter, die Hopfigkeit steigt deutlich an. Intensiv, würzig, eher trocken, sehr grasig, Fruchtnoten von Pfirsich, ansteigende Herbe, ausgewogen. Langer, intensiv hopfiger Ausklang.Sehr süffig angesichts des Alkoholgehalts! 11/12/12/12/8/12

440ml can. Hazy, orange, dark golden to amber colour with average to huge, frothy, osteoporosing, slightly lacing, white head. Intense, juicy, fruity aroma, notes of yellow stone fruit, tropical fruit, guava, passion fruit, physalis, nectarine, weak phenolic overtones. Taste is juicy, minimally tart-ish, fruity hoppy and sweet-ish, minimally grainy, wheaty and oaty malty, minimally alcoholic, notes of yellow stone fruit, physalis, some red apple, pomegranate; some hop bitterness in the finish. Slightly creamy, watery texture, smooth and minimally dry palate, medium, foamy, mildly prickly carbonation. Quite intense and juicy, obviously some nice red fruitiness in this HBC 1019 - good.
