25 cL bottle at Domus. Pours clear and golden orange with a huge white head. Aroma is grassy and mild cornish. Seems dry. Medium dry malty flavoured with a vague metallic touch and a medium dry bitterness coming through. Dry and bitter finish. Quite ordinary and towards boring.

Good dense head, fed by lively carbonation over classical golden pilsener, leaving textbook lacerings. Herbal hops, flowery, with a good blend of pale malts. But very, very low-key. Hops more to the fore in the taste, but not very noble bittering hops, getting metallic on the palate, and overlying dull grainy & nutty malts. Velvety texture, ruined by the too aggressive, fizzy carbonation. OK - for a Belgian industrial pilsener of course.
