Tap. La Capsule, Lille. Light haze on a pale to medium gold. Decent lasting white foam. Nose has rye like spice. Belgian yeast action. Grassy and herbal. Taste is fairly dry barring a moderate grainy sweetness. Clean overall. Bit of bitterness creeps into the finish.

Draft @ Capsule Arras. Pours clear gold, good fluffy white head. Rusti saison yeast aroma. Lovely rustic farmhouse saison feel to taste with a pillowy brioche ferveur. Great balance. Nice introduction to this brewery / brewpub.
