A large hop with BHC 586 and 472, for beautiful hopy notes, complex, bitter, plant but very aromatic. A little bit of Cascade made in B-H for very fresh citrus notes.
This Buckweat Rye DIPA is a good mixture of bitterness, hop aromatic flavors and the potency of malt.

From one grocery shop, in Paris. Best before 2025, drinking fastly, due to a small hole on the can. Good and full body ipa, malty, rye, giving some freshness and a fruity side, fair note of pine tree, a bit tropical, bitter and citrus, 14.10.24, at home, Epalinges.

330ml can from Brasserie du Pays Flamand, Merville. Pours a hazed deep golden amber, medium off-white head. Quite pokey, some crystal malt suggestions, sweet in that sense, 6 different malts fighting for attention and 6 different hops.. seems to be a lot to unpick, interesting for sure, all kinds of hop and malt elements emerging throughout the glass. Not bad.
