Collaboration with Little Monster Brewing. When brewing with these guys it’s like brewing with a brother. BRU is an affectionate term for Brother in Afrikaans which highlights both sides South African heritage.
Softer and juicier than a peach on a pillow this New England IPA as they say in SA is ‘lekker!’.
This years iteration is brewed with Elani, Moutere, and Belma

[August 2024] Cloudy/murky gold with a bubbly white head and a sweet fruity nose. Smooth with soft fruity bitterness up front, a certain amount of dankness and a bittersweet finish

Cask @ Tap and Can. Hazed golden yellow appearance, good white head. Confusingly not brewed with BRU-1. BRU is afrikaan slang. Very full bodied, smooth and exotic for cask.. NE vibes. Nicely exotic, pulpy overripe stonefruit. Good stuff.
