This beer was named as a reminder of my recent accident when I trod on a nail which resulted in a visit to A&E. This beer follows a NEIPA Hazy style at 5.6% ABV and has been brewed with a combination of fantastic hops from New Zealand – Nectaron, Wai-iti and Raku, together with a hint of American - Cashmere hop to give it an all-round fruity tropical taste.

Keg Half @ The Drunk Monk, Wrexham. Pours a murky deep golden orange, small white head. Aroma brings overripe stonefruit. Smooth palate with a good full body, fairly rich, fleshy exotic character, moderately sweet with a moderate bitterness. Interesting haze, not as rounded as some, but pleasant enough.
