Clear pale gold with a frothy white head and a soft, fruity aroma. Sharpish citrus up front, light malt and tropical fruit lurking underneath and a dry, bitter finish

Cask at Old Harkers Arms, Chester (@4.2%). Pours a pale straw with a medium sized almost white head and excellent lacing. There’s floral hops in the aroma, plus traces of citrus and stone fruit. In the mouth it is slightly bitter but with a little underlying sweetness, Floral hops and grapefruit in the flavour leading to a slightly dry finish. This is reasonable.

Cask @ Salopian, the pub. Pours a hazed gold, white head. Vibrant fruity nose, prominent citrus, gentle exotic fruit. Continues to taste, soft palate, lovely exotic shades, some lychee and passionfruit, really nicely presented.
