Bundo Blush
We teamed up with our friends at Bundobust to create something a little different. Combining our cider with hibiscus, ginger and a touch of cinnamon, we discovered a wonderfully refreshing blend bursting with character. The hibiscus gives the cider its striking blush colour, while the spices add a gentle warmth that keeps you coming back for more. A firm favourite for those looking for something unique.

Ingredients: English cider apple juice, water, sugar, carbon dioxide, hibiscus, malic acid, ginger, preservative: potassium, metabisulphite (sulphites), cinnamon.
Tasting Notes: Crisp and refreshing cider balanced by delicate floral character. Juicy apple flavours are complemented by zesty ginger and a gentle touch of cinnamon, adding warmth and complexity without overpowering the fruit.

On tap at The Green Goddess, Blackheath Royal Standard. Nose is red grape, ginger, sweet spice, jammy red fruits. Taste is nice mix of the above, spot of red apple coming through in the back end. Spicy sweet aftertaste.

Keg @ Bundobust Brum. Pours a rosé pink, slightly misty. Has soft chai-like spice accompanying a floral, red berry-esque rosé cider character, which I assume is from the ginger. Not a huge amount of hibiscus. Gently sweet. Not bad.

Keg @ Bundobust, Manchester. Clear pink. Good apple in both aroma and taste, with its added ingredients certainly elevating the taste in sweetness and flavour.
