This special Pilsner Lager is our second collaboration with our good friends at Bundobust. We used a 100% Pils malt base and a gentle dry-hopping with herbaceous hops from our partner farm in Tettnang, Locher-Hopfen. After six weeks conditioning the end result is a crisp hop-forward beer with an unmistakable bread-malt character.

330ml bottle from Bundobust Birmingham. On point Northern German pils.. solid bitter hoppy bite.. really good

Bottle from Great Grog. Golden body with a gentle haze and a thick white head. Lively carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of white bread and zingy lemon. Flavour of salted lemon, herbs and grapefruit peel. Thin to medium body with a slick texture. Very fizzy. It’s unfortunately overcarbonated but the flavour is bright and hoppy.
