A dark, rich and powerful stout
A complex malt bill delivers aromas of roasted cocoa, toasted bread and molasses. Our cask stout is exceptionally drinkable with a subtle caramel sweetness, punctuated with a dark fruit notes and a balanced bitterness. A satisfyingly bright foam pierces this jet black beer like the first light of day

Cask @ The Boot, Wellington. Pours black, good tan head. Aroma is roasty with some liquoricey hints. Strong molasses to taste, liquoricey moments with simmering roast. Nicely presented cask stout.
