Continuing our exploration of modern British hops on our house Bitter base, this one features Northdown, a dual use hop developed at Wye College in 1970 and the more familiar Jester developed as part of the Charles Faram hop development program.
Both give fresh fruity notes, with Stonefruit and Grapefruit from the Jester, and more subtle floral and spice notes from the Northdown.

Cask @ Cromwell's Tap House. Pours a clear amber, off-white head. Malty, twiggy feel with a robust bitterness, fairly light bodied.. fine for a light twiggy bitter.
