Cask at Curious Gnome, Chester. Pours a cloudy pale straw with a medium sized white head and good lacing. The aroma is mainly summer fruits with some hints of peaches. In the mouth it is sweet, but with some underlying sharpness and a creamy texture, Flavour is mainly citrus and grapefruit plus some traces of mango. Finish is slightly dry and sticky. It’s OK – nothing more.

Cask @ Shrewsbury Real Ale Festival 2023. Pours pale gold, bubbly white head. Juicy nose, with a soothing exotic hop profile to taste, gentle stonefruit citrus coming through alongside some lychee and coconut notes. Talus perhaps?
