A pale refreshing beer based on the farmhouse ales of Belgium & France. Notes of banana lead into crisp, toasty malts, coating the mouth for a rich biscuity aftertaste.

Bottle, gift from Pam. Hazy bronze body with a thin off-white head. Fine carbonation. Patchy lacing. Aroma of coriander seed and wheat. Flavour of salted lemon, orange and sorrel. Medium body with a slick texture. Soft fizz. Crisp and refreshing.

500ml bottle, Chez Sophie. Misty golden yellow appearance, white head that recedes. Soft floral saison yeast aroma, flavour profile reveals a very soft, mild, subdued yeasty sweetness with low carb. Nice drinkability, but falls a little short compared to Belgian standard.
