A blend of barrel aged wild ales made in collaboration with Cyclic Beer Farm, a blendery from Barcelona. The chosen blend was golden wild ales from tawny port and rioja barrels, blended onto damsons and victoria plums from a local farm.

75cl bottle @ the Boot, Wellington, shared with Ewan. As before. Great beer. Woody wild elements emerging this time. August 22nd 2023: 75cl bottle @ monthly tasting, Chez Sophie, Aug 23. Cheers Mike for this! Hazed pinkish red appearance, white ring circling the glass. Wild aroma with red berries, plumminess emerges to taste with an integrated barrel influence and wild acidic nuances keeping things alive. Nice sipper, subtle barrel.
