Introducing our latest sessionable juice bomb, Oscillations. For this brew we worked with our friends at Theory Beerworks to produce a seriously hazy DDH New England Pale, an exclusive brew created to celebrate the 5th Birthday of Stock My Bar.
Starting with malt bill of predominantly Extra Pale malt and oats, we then added tonnes of Citra in the whirlpool, followed by a double dry hop of Ekuanot and El Dorado. The results are as to be expected from this trio of hops. Citrus, Grapefruit and a hint of Mango on the nose. More citrus and tropical fruit on the pallet with a hint of dankness at the end.

Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7.5
Cask @ Bailey Head, Oswestry. Hazed golden yellow pour, white head. Exotic hop nose. Soft exotic hop profile to taste. Soft cask mouthfeel. Standard hazy cask character with a measured sweetness. Decent.
