A super-pale, super refreshing pale ale brewed with Mosaic and Simcoe hops. A base of 100% extra pale malted barley in the mash keeps things light and crispy, topped off with vibrant flavours of tropical fruits and summer berries and a satisfyingly bitter finish that keeps you coming back for more. This one will have you turning cartwheels across the floor!

Keg at their tap. Clear light gold. Thin foamy white head mainly bulks up around the rim. Aroma combines light resinous bitterness with stone fruit. My obligatory underlying malts. Flavourwise it has prickly gooseberry with a resinous element to it. Malts. Light. Thin. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Bitter yet still overly polite sessionable stuff.

Keg @ Black Cloak Taproom, Colwyn Bay. Misty pale yellow appearance, small white head. Bright hoppy character, with a vibrant zesty citrus nose. Fresh, zesty grapefruit character book-ended with a bright bitterness.. Super refreshing, very decent introduction to this brewery.
