Elements 07 is a Witbier inspired by modern versions of this historic, once almost lost, Belgian wheat beer style. Our interpretation leans on Loral hops and a delicate, expressive yeast for its floral, citrus and light spice character.

440ml can from Black Cloak Taproom, Colwyn Bay. Pours a hazed yellow with medium white head. Quite a hoppy wit, good loral hop presence.. yeasty expressions are quite creamy, and don't really bring to mind the witbier character, little spicy elements.. fine overall.
