Foreign Object is our experimental saison series where we get to explore novel ingredients that bring a taste of the land straight to your glass. This batch includes a large amount of whole-cone Cashmere hops grown by our friends at Champlain Valley Hops in the whirlpool along with a very expressive blend of old-world saison yeasts. We find lemon peel, ripe pear and honeydew melon up front with light banana and a peppery finish which will evolve as it ages.

16oz Can from Stowe Public House & Bottle Shop, quaffed at our cabin in the woods. Pours a misty gold, modest white head. Good hoppy saison this, pleasantly sweet with a familiar standard saison yeast profile and distant citrus coming into view. Nicely presented.
