Introducing our newest seasonal hard cider, Jamaican Sunshine! This hard cider is inspired by the many Jamaican guest workers and farmers who help bring in our apple crop at the orchard. We’ve added ginger juice and raw demerara sugar to our fermented hard cider. Jamaican Sunshine is sure to bring a little warm up to your winter!

Continuing right on from the Harvard Harvest, this one doesn't miss a beat in pumping you full of ginger. It smells great, if you love ginger, but other than some sweet apple sugar, there's not much else here.
Same in the mouth. Ginger, ginger and more ginger. Sweetish cider; not cloying. Mostly ginger, though the ginger itself is delicious.

Draft @ Carlson Orchards. Misty pale golden yellow appearance. Prominent ginger root aroma, continuing to taste with a moderately sweet fruity apple profile underneath. Nicely balanced. Decent gingery cider.
