We crushed our apples and wild blueberries together then fermented until dry to preserve the true fruit flavors. The small, concentrated fruits give a subtle berry nose and a refreshingly tart taste to the crisp apple base for a smooth and thirst quenching flavor. Served to you with our own muddled fresh blueberries for a real summer treat!

Draft @ Carlson Orchards. Pours a misty crimson pink. Assorted red berry nose. Not a huge blueberry presence, instead subtle fruity red berry shades provide much of the character.. gentle fruity profile. Ok afternoon sipper.
