Cask @ Head of Steam, Birmingham with John, Rich and Craig. Clear gold appearance, white froth atop. Malty nose. Mellow fruity hop action to taste, gently sweet with a light bitterness. Soft citrus shades. Ok cask pale.

Cask at the Head of Steam, Birmingham. Poured a crystal clear yellow colour with a lasting frothy white head. The aroma is grainy malt, yeast. The flavour is moderate to light bitter and sweet, with a light, slightly watery, smooth, light citrus, woody hop bitter palate. Medium to light bodied with soft carbonation.
