This is the Lakedown Sussex Pale, our most sessionable beer yet!
It’s a modern Pale, loaded with English Cascade & Ernest then dry hopped for an aromatic finish. We’ve created this beer to blend the best of British with American style.

Cask at Black Horse, Lewes. Pours clear amber with a beige cap. Aroma: grains, caramel, light citrus. Taste light sweet & bitter, grains, earthy hops, a bit headgerow twiggy. Light body with soft carbonation. Not in the best condition i think

Bottle from Secretts, Milford. Aroma is malty, grainy, with light citrus edged fruit. Clear copper gold. Thick foamy white head. Light bitter. A tangy almost metallic sour edge. Earthy. Grainy. Light bodied. Thin but slick. Soft carbonation. Long slightly astringent finish. Certainly sessionable. Pleasent.
