It’s a modern Pale, loaded with English Cascade & Ernest then dry hopped for an aromatic finish. We’ve created this beer to blend the best of British with American style.

Cask gravity at Tonbridge Rugby Club Winter Festival 2024. Clear amber colour thin head. A distinctly English pale ale. I can't imagine anywhere else brewing this. White stone fruit. Peach apricot nectarine. Love the flavour. Dry finish. Some sweetness. Good stone fruit pale ale. Could be better condition

Cask at The Tiger, East Dean. A nice crunchy cask pale ale. Ticked the boxes you'd hope. Gold. Good bitterness.

Cask at CBC, Covent Garden on 1st December 2023. Clear amber with shallow off-white foam and travelling lace. Malty aroma. Fruity in-mouth with some pungent spices. Maltiness returns in finish. Light bodied with a smooth mouthfeel.

Bottle from Secretts, Milford. Aroma is malty, grainy, with light citrus edged fruit. Clear copper gold. Thick foamy white head. Light bitter. A tangy almost metallic sour edge. Earthy. Grainy. Light bodied. Thin but slick. Soft carbonation. Long slightly astringent finish. Certainly sessionable. Pleasent.
