Keg @ London Beer Factory - Barrel Project. Deep dark red appearance, white ring of foam circling the glass. Lovely vivid cherry character, cherry stone moments, nicely sour and balanced with a mild tanginess at play.

From tap at the taproom in Bermondsey 08.09.22. Dark violet. Some pink head. It actually tastes like cheery pie, with custard and everything. Also a hint of blueberries.

Keg at The Barrel Project, Bermondsey, 15/06/22. Cherry red with a good sized crimson cap. Nose is mellow red berries, soured cherry twang, damp straw, balsa wood. Taste comprises pastry notes from a cherry pie, light sour edge, herb, cherry skins. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a modest puckering edge. Fun enough sour for beginners type affair ... overly sweet for me and lacking a sour punch.
