330ml bottle from Trevibban Mill. Clear golden yellow pour. Fresh, delicately fruity nose, taste brings additional crisp green apple and light apple skin with a spritzy carbonation. Tastes a bit like an apple cremant. Nice.

Bottle at home, from Eversfield Farm shop, 20/12/20. Pale yellow with a fast collapsing white cap, some carbonation evident. Nose is tarte apple, hay bale, orchard wood, faint vanilla. Taste comprises tangy apples, orchard wood, light tannins, crisp apple skins. Medium bodied, light spritzy carbonation, drying close. Good stuff.
