Mosaic, Motueka & Talus Session NEIPA. Juicy flavours of lime, orange, grapefruit, and a little coconut are supported by a smooth malt body. A mixed fermentation of London and non-traditional yeast isolated from flowers frees trapped hop flavours that would otherwise be lost.

Keg @ Brewdog Birmingham. Murky orange complexion, thin white head. Bretty nose, and quite brett-forward overall.. not as sour as I expected with the mixed ferm descriptor but pretty decent with good tropical hop shades.

Can from Appellation Wines. Pours hazy yellow gold with a thick white head. Aromas of peach, tropical fruit, something spicy. Taste has a mineral quality, more tropical fruit and faint coconut. Light bitter finish.
