500ml bottle, shared with Soph by the river. Pours a pale gold, mild gooseberry and quince aroma. Has a spritzy white wine feel, oily palate with an ostensible quince presence, which seems likely given the name. Really seems more akin to a wine than a cider. Interesting, decent.

Tap. Light straw colour, clear. Aroma: apples, sweetish, sweet soaked apple. Sour taste, soaked apple, tannins, tart, slightly sweet, not bad, clean.
