330ml bottle from Racines, Cassel. Pours a misty gold, nice fluffy white head of foam. Aroma of softly sweet Belgian yeast, perhaps a hint of brioche. Taste delivers an impeccably balanced saison, vibrant saison yeast emerging, nicely sweet with a well-integrated hop presence. Quite an elegant number, very nice indeed.
