Atlas Fuzz - Raspberry & Lime Gose

Whilst we're primarily known for our pale and hoppy output here at Polly's HQ, we're finding a growing acceptance amongst our loyal drinkers that our sour beer game is rapidly catching up to boot. When it came time to design what would eventually become this beer, we wanted to express one thing above everything else - that our beers should be fun from mashing in to sipping from the glass. Atlas Fuzz is our brewers having an absolute blast from start to finish - loading this beer to the nines with fresh raspberries and lime juice, this beer bursts with mouth watering tartness, acidity, and just a hint of sweetness to keep everything in check. We dosed this beer with our favourite Lallemand sour pitch and paired up with Voss Kveik to create a beer that is spritzy, fresh, and juiced up to the max.
