The bitter we made for our beloved and much missed Luke. Luke, Landlord of Valhalla is at its heart a Yorkshire bitter. Burnt orange/old gold in colour with a fine bitterness from English and Czech hops, fermented with Norwegian Kveik to drive the orange-y marmalade character, dry hopped in cask with whole leaf Lincolnshire grown Chinook hops to give it a subtle range/pine aroma.

Cask @ Docks Beers. Pours a misty golden amber, white foam atop. Aroma of soft citrus, light marmalade hints. Taste continues along these lines, fairly malty with firm bitterness and unusual fruity shades, which now that I see kveik is used probably comes from this yeast. No such information on the pump clip. Ok overall, but a bit confused.
