An Aromatic pale with hints of rose, apricot kernel and tropical fruits, together with peppered semi -sweet spices. Dried fruits and honey also appear alongside a smidgen of bitterness.

Pale gold with a frothy white head and some fruit on the nose. Light bodied with a soft, mellow mouthfeel, the fruit taste kicks things off promisingly but it fades off a little leaving a slightly bitter, malty flavour to finish things off

Cask @ Bailey Head. Golden yellow appearance, small white head. Curious malt base, nicely fruity, a little stewed perhaps. Pretty good.

Cask at Ebenezers, Crewe. Pours a pale straw with a small foamy white head and good lacing. Aroma is just a vague hint of general citrus. In the mouth it is quite watery and generally sweet. The flavour is mainly berry fruits but there’s also caramel and hints of ginger and other spices in there. Finish is somewhat dry and malty. This is a pleasant beer that I would certainly drink again.
