Cask pint @ The Abbey. Pours unclear chestnut brown, small off-white head. Aroma is nutty woody malt. Taste is twiggy, bitter, malty with no sweetness at all. Seemed like it was possibly on the turn. Not great at all.

Deep chestnut brown with a creamy off-white head and a sweet fruit malt aroma, with a hint of funk. Medium to full-bodied, semi-rich with a malty and fruity flavour, a hint of treacle and a soft bitterness, with a sharpish edge to its dry finish
