The Bonnacons of Doom are one of our favourite local groups. They are dramatic, focused on performance who push the boundaries of contemporary psych music. We've had this collaboration in the pot for a year or two now and finally, we are over the moon to have it brewed and safely in a can. After lots of chats with the band, singer Kate insisted we make a beer based on her favourite drink, a Lime Margarita. So we made a house Berliner Weiss, added loads of Irish dulse seaweed, rock salt, lime puree and lime zest to create a tangy Gose full of bite and clipping sourness.
