As we continue our journey along the Gose Road, we decided to take our delicious base sour beer, we upped our salting levels to give it more refreshing puckering backbone, then added huge amounts of beautiful blood orange juice and puree. The results are spectacular, sour, salty, refreshing, tart, with a massive hit of blood orange that lingers.

440ml can from the brewery. Opened just in the nick of time, with a very swollen top about to explode. A lively fellow, as expected. Unfortunately, it seems the re-fermentation may have affected the flavour. Some mild off-flavours. Strange fruitiness that has hints of orange and something else that doesn't feel right. Something amiss here that needs correcting for next time.
