A wildly fermented, barrel aged cider, made from untreated and handpicked local apples from high standard trees, blended with some wine we made from homegrown Leon Millot grapes. The apples were picked at the idyllic collection orchard of Belgian pomologist and friend Dirk.

0,75l bottle at home. deep dark red color, small pink head. smells grapes, tannins, light oak, berry notes, spices, subtle jammy notes. lovely smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes berry notes, red wine, grapes, spices, tannins, almost cherry like notes. finishes lightly dry and lightly sour with notes of berries, red wine and some spices. very nice one, love this, great great balance.
