Rocket Red Rye Kölsch is an interesting twist on the traditional Kölsch style, incorporating rye malt and a touch of caramel & roasted malts to give it a unique flavour and color. The rye adds a subtle spice flavour, which compliments the light fruity esters from the Kölsch yeast.

473ml can. Pours a clear red amber with a large, frothy, long lasting, beige head that leaves soapy curtains of lace. Mild aroma of bready rye malt and floral hops. Sweet flavour of toasted bready rye malt, caramel, orange and grassy hops in a crisp, dry, mild bitter finish. Light body with a watery texture and average to soft carbonation. Malt forward and easy drinking.
