Brewed from a desire to explore lager brewing process. Built from a simple grist of locally produced Pilsner malt, and hopped with German Hallertau Mittelfrüh and New Zealand Motueka. Fermented at very cool temperatures with our house lager strain and cold stored for four weeks.
-Notes of clover honey, hay, restrained lime zest, fresh dough, and mineral water.

MBCC. Clear golden with small white head. Aroma is malt, grainy, hop and straw. Flavour is malt, grainy, hop, straw, little sweet, little dry and a little bitter.

Draught @ MBCC '19 [ Yellow Session ]. - Mikkeller Beer Copenhagen Celebration 2019, Øksnehallen, Halmtorvet 11, 1700 København V, Danmark.[ As Tired Hands Austere Modular ].ABV: 4.8%. Light unclear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, grain, sweet malt, fruity malt, light grass. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a long duration, pale malt, fruity malt, sweet malt, light grass. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft.
