Tasting at Grand Cru Tap Room, Santarcangelo di Romagna, Italy. Pours amber brilliant, with very fine white foam. Aroma is lactic, grapes, tannic. Body is average, with good carbonation and quite some astringency. Taste is fairly sour, with some initial sweetness. Final is average.

500ml bottle. Cloudy, reddish, dark amber colour with small to average, frothy, diminishing, minimally lacing, off-white head. Sweet-ish malty and tart-sih fruity aroma, hints of caramel, dark berries, bramble, a slightly artificial touch of cherry, mild funky overtones. Taste is minimally dry, sour, fruity, notes of red and dark berries, morello, a citric touch; dry, minimaly woody finish. Oily-watery texture, fine, prickly carbonation. OK.

ABV: 5.9%. Clear medium amber colour with a average to small, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, pale malt, caramel, sour, tart, funky, cherry, blackberry. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate acidic with a long duration, sour, tart, caramel, sweet malt, wood - oak, spicy, medium dry, blackberry, cherry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20191019]

Bottle @ Saxo tasting. Hazy orange with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty and tart. Flavor is medium sweet and rather acidic. Sweet and rather acidic finish. 230719
