Lippert Amber, 5,4 %, Flasche vom Bauernladen, LIF. - Braunrot, gut trüb; üppiger Schaum. - Nase fruchtig und leicht limonadig süß, nur leicht toastmalzig, fein hopfenherb. - Antrunk etwas eckig brotig-malzig mit feiner Karamelsüße, Toastbrot, dezenter und zart säuerlicher roter Frucht (Äpfel, Beeren). Aromatische aber etwas harte hopfenwürzige Herbe. Milder rezent, vollmundig, hefig weich. Im Abgang knackige, leicht unrunde Bittere. - Frisch und aromatisch aber etwas unrund - ein rustikales Landbier, trotz leichter Schwächen sympathisch und süffig. (29.11.2019.)

Clear medium amber colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, sweet malt, dusty, flowers, grass. Flavor is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter with a average to long duration, sweet malt, caramel, grass, dusty, medium dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft.
