This is a different beer than the original. The first "Hopfendolde" was brewed by Keesmann Brewery in Bamberg and dry hopped by the Hopfengarten. This beer is now brewed completely by the Hopfengarten!

On tap at Hopfengarten Bamberg. Clear gold colour lasting white head. Yes a decent lager. Some extra hop and extra bitterness. Like a lot of their beers. Its solid. Well made. No faults. Flavour is good. Hops Franconia hops. Not overly the top jist very drinkable. Yes good. I mean it seems effortless to make soemthing this good.
