All ingredients are fresh and processed at Broaden & Build. These clementines are from Salamita, a biodynamic cooperative in Sicily. They were peeled and zested on sight. The juice was added into the hot side of production and the zest was added after fermentation.

Draught @ Peders - Pisserendens ølkælder, Sankt Peders Stræde 31, 1453 Copenhagen, Denmark.[ As Broaden & Build Clemency ].Murky medium to light yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, moderate to heavy hoppy, pine, citrus, grapefruit, fruity hops. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, fruity hops, citrus, grapefruit, zesty. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20190317] 7-3-7-3-15

Burk Dipa provning PQ. Doftar fräscht av clementine. I munnen lite vattning tunn med svag smak av citrus frukter. Efter en stund kommer lite torr vitpeppar och frukten försvinner. Vattning Dipa njäää.

Draft. A hazy yellow beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of lemons, hops, and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of hops, citrus fruits, and malt,leading to a bitter finish.

From tap. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is citrusy, spiced, herbal and clementine peel. Crisp fruity. Citrusy. Bitter, slight herbal. Dry and citrusy finish.
