Evolution Lot Nō 6 Double IPA 8.5% 75 IBU A shiny brass colored pour with a thick beige head. This had a rich citrusy hop bouquet when I opened the bottle. Medium bodied with a scratchy carbonation. The taste is balanced bitterness with a solidly sweet malty backbone then bitter pine and rich candies citrus. Really nice stuff. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
