Draft at Cobbler Mountain Cellars. Poured a pale yellow color with a quickly dissipating white head. Aroma was apple, lots of cinnamon. I was hoping it wouldn't smell artificial, like Fireball, and I ended up being pleasantly surprised that it wasn't. All I get here is fresh, tasty cinnamon here. Quite nice.

12oz bottle from the cidery, pours a clear, greenish gold with no head. Love the nice, spices, cinnamon, clove too, apple pie, some carrot cake, a little sugary icing. Flavor is sweet, more apple than the nose had, cinnamon, some clove, a little honey, some cinnamon bun. Finishes lightly sweet, but otherwise dry. My favorite of theirs.

Apple pie aroma, spices and all. Clear yellow, fizzy. Apple pie, sweet apple jolly rancher finish. Light, soft, slightly tannic.
