Pretty flavorless for a saison. Maybe the taste buds aren't back yet.

750 mL bottle. Clear, pale yellow color, with a big, fluffy, white head. The aroma is straw, white bread, hard cheese, and a light aroma, although distinct, of peaches. Light sweet flavor, a little funky, and nicely dry. Light body, crisp, effervescent, and a little acidic. This is a wonderfully dry, funky, complex, and well-made saison. The peaches add a nice aroma, and a crisp acidity.
