Pretty flavorless for a saison. Maybe the taste buds aren't back yet.

Tap. Pours hazy butterscotch, medium beige head, great lacing. Aroma is grassy, peach, pledge, a hint of bathroom. Doodle is light sweet, light bitter, citrus, hints of peach, grass. Medium body. Decent.

Pours hazy pale straw color with white head. Fruity and doughy aromas with some funkiness. Slightly tart peach flavor with bread and some funkiness and spices. Light to medium body with lively carbonation.

750 mL bottle. Clear, pale yellow color, with a big, fluffy, white head. The aroma is straw, white bread, hard cheese, and a light aroma, although distinct, of peaches. Light sweet flavor, a little funky, and nicely dry. Light body, crisp, effervescent, and a little acidic. This is a wonderfully dry, funky, complex, and well-made saison. The peaches add a nice aroma, and a crisp acidity.

Bottle shared at a private tasting. Pours a hazy lemon with a thin fizzy off-white head. Good head retention. Aroma of pale bready malt, spice, peach. The taste is sweet and tart peaches, bready malt, spice. Medium bodied, low carbonation, lingering spice and tartness.
