(Bottle) Brownish red colour with foamy, tan head. Fruity, sourish nose with notes of dark cherries, oak wood, funky yeast and a touch of balsamic vinegar. Fruity, tart taste with sour cherries, red fruit, oak wood, almonds, lemon, hints of vinegar and a dry and tart finish. Medium body, dry. Intense acidity, with a good cherry character. Very nice.

From tap at Stone Brewing Tap Room - Prenzlauer Berg with ES 02.04.19. Deep red. Pink head. Excellent aroma and taste of sour cherries and acidity. Dry, acid and astringent mouthfeel. Not very complex, but refreshing and quaffable.
