En mörk, fyllig kraft och rökig dubbelbock som lagrats på Mackmyrafat. Såväl doft och smak är fyllig och intensiv, men har samtidigt en len rökighet och bourbonton som balanserar upp sötman.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear, dark brown with an orange hue and a tiny, beige head. Sweet overripe, dark, dried fruits, nutty. Smoky, iodine accents. Rich, sweet body, caramel and molasses, somewhat rustic woodiness, tannins and smoky whisky accents. Very odd that a Bourbon barrel should give iodine and Islay notes. Very boozy finish. 030323

(Bottle) Mahogany colour with brief, beige head. Malty nose with notes of dark bread, caramel, oak wood, whisky, a touch of peat, treacle-toffee, dried apricots and chocolate. Malty taste with oak wood, caramel, dark bread, treacle-toffee, apricots, butterscotch, almonds, chocolate, bourbon and a mild spicy bitterness in the finish. Almost full body, quite sweet. Tasty and warming, with a gentle wood character. Very nice.

Draught @ MÖ&WF 2019 [ Malmö- Öl & Whiskyfestival 2019 ], Malmömässan, Mässgatan 6, 215 32 Malmö, Sweden.[ As Brygghuset Finn Derailed Bourbon Bock ].Clear medium to dark red amber colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, caramel, sweet malt, rich malt, barrel, wood, alcohol - bourbon. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a average to long duration, sweet malt, caramel, bread, bourbon, rich malt relative thin, light barrel - whisky. 0,2l from tap at Ladan shared with Nische. Almost black color, small tan head. Smells ashy, bourbon, lightly smoky, spices, hints of sweetness. Nice smell. Full body, light carbonation, slick mouthfeel. Tastes of charcoal, bourbon, some sweetness, ashy, light molasses, cocoa, lactose. Finishes lightly sweet with notes sweet malts, bourbon and cocoa. Very nice one, very smooth to drink
