Bottle at The Golden Garden Coffee, roasted malts, bit of iodium, licorice, fairly bitter, slightly dry. Very lightly barreled, as if someone in the next room thought really hard about bourbon barrels, but left the idea there. Base beer ok. Purchased at The Golden Garden

ABV: 11.0%. Clear dark black brown colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, light beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, chocolate, barrel, wood, vanilla, alcohol - bourbon. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, bourbon, laber larver, chocolate, vanilla, barrel, dark malt. Body is medium to medium full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft, finish feel is warming and light alcoholic. [20190809]

A deep dark stout with a thin brown head. In aroma, sweet fruity chocolate malt with light molasses, licorice, vanilla, alcohol warmth, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity chocolate malt with vanilla, coffee notes, dark fruits, alcohol warmth , very nice and smooth. Bottle at Mondial 2018.

Black color, light beige head with short retention. Aroma has notes of roasted malts and black ripe fruit, sweet malts. Flavor is slightly sweet, toasty, cocoa, light Bourbon hints. Light body, roasty, toasty, slightly sweet final.

Botella 33 cl de Cimmeria tomada en Oviedo 10..01..2018. (r02). Fcpref 30..05..2022. Color negro intenso con espuma beige oscuro persistente. Sabores maltosos tostados ligeramente ahumados con toques de maderas suaves empapadas en licor, bourbon. Cuerpo medio con buena sensación alcohólica desde el principio y no muy densa. Ligera y suave paso por boca. Buena, aunque se esperaba algo más.
