Brewed in collaboration with our friends at Black Narrows Brewing Company, we created a moderately hop forward farmhouse ale. Oyster yeast from Chincoteague, Virginia combines with raw Virginia wheat, flaked wheat and pilsner malts. The hop bill consists of two unique hop varietals from the UK, Archer and Jester. The result pours a hazy golden color with a fluffy white head. An incredibly aromatic nose displays a touch of banana, citrus fruit and spice. The flavor profile is creamy with more citrus fruit and a slightly earthy finish.

Can at the DC RateBeer tasting. Slightly hazy yellow with off-white head. Aromas of hay, floral. Tastes of floral, hay, wheat, light funk. Medium-light body with a dry finish.

16oz can pours a murky gold with some cloudy, white head. Nose has cucumber, parm, some yeast, grass. Flavor is yeasty, gristy, lemon, straw, parmesan.

Can at the January DC Ratebeer tasting. Poured a bright yellow color with a medium sized white head. Aroma was pleasant floral notes with some bitterness. Slight floral petal, light sweetness and a little bit of dank notes on the finish. Flavor was pleasant floral notes, some sweetness. Pretty good.

Like liquefied steel its so astringent. Yellow pour with ok head. Not up to standards of other manor hill stuff. Seriously astringent. Can.
