Cask at GBBF'19, day 3, 08/08/19. Light golden with an off white crown. Nose is dusty fruits, lemon rind, hedgerow, grains. Taste comprises yeast esters, white peppery spice, grains, herb, lemon rind. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close. OK but lacking saison refreshment .... another one that would suit Keg better for me.

GBBF Day 2. Cask. Light haze on burnished gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Smooth palate, mildly dry, decent fine carbonation. Soft sweetish malts. Floral sweetness. Light floral citrus. The black pepper vibe is expertly judged. Flavoursome and mildly spicy but never out muscling everything else. Good stuff. Different and well executed.

Tap at brewpub, outside. Pours golden with a white head. Aroma is yeasty, light fruit with the slightest undertone of pepper. Flavor is much Pepperier than the nose. Also yeast and dark fruit in the flavor alone with gum and yeast. Interesting.
